    We are so delighted to return to Papua New Guinea after its popularity last year. When you source from Paradise Mountain you know it's going to be a celestial coffee.

    This coffee has been fully washed in the processing, allowing for a very clean brew which showcasing classic notes like chocolate, almond and mango. The result is a delightful sweetness with a distinct punch; perfect for brewing methods such as Stove Top and Espresso. Get this one while you can folks - it ain't gonna be around for long.

      The coffee used in this blend is selected from two provinces in the Highlands of Papua New Guinea. The limestone regions of Simbu Province and the fertile volcanic soil of the Eastern Highlands Province.

      The blend of these two coffee gives us its unique profile. It is sourced from small-hold farms in parchment form. They have for generations used the same techniques to produce a clean and balanced product, picking the best ripe cherry most suitable for this quality.

      The green is sun dried to under twelve percent moisture content by the farmers and may at times require some mechanical drying at the processing mill in Goroka, Eastern Highlands Province. Beans are then screened and sorted to meet this grade’s specifications. To preserve quality, the coffee stays in the highlands, where it is far less humid. It is transported another two hundred miles by road to the port city of Lae, only just in time to meet the vessel schedules.
