The Ascaso Dream ticks all the boxes when it comes to high quality espresso machines and is made from the highest quality materials (aluminium, stainless steel, brass) with minimum plastic. The PID version offers a totally professional performance, allowing the brew temperature to be altered to optimise the extraction of any coffee. Other features include: 58mm portafilter, externally adjustable OPV to adjust pressure, adjustable pre-infusion and stand-by option.

Electronic PID coffee group temperature control:

• Allows temperature to be altered in 1 degree increments

Filters:

The ergonomically designed 58mm portafilters are made of stainless steel and have a professional feel. The precision filter baskets have uniformed circular perforations and are available in multiple sizes. Also comes with ESE coffee pod compatible filters.

Thermoblock:

• Water is pulled through the thermoblock when needed and does not sit there, allowing water to be clean for each cup of coffee, reducing lime-scale build up and increasing energy efficiency
