We're thrilled to introduce a new gem from Colombia to our roastery—an exceptional coffee from San Sebastian, nestled in the Inza municipality of Tierradentro. This fully washed Arabica, sourced from the western Cauca region, is a true delight for everyday enjoyment.
San Sebastian coffee is a collective masterpiece, cultivated by small-scale farmers on plots ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 hectares. Their careful processing results in a coffee brimming with vibrant notes of plum, caramel, tangerine, and nutmeg.
We think this is best enjoyed as a smooth, flavourful filter but if you're craving a bright, fruity espresso, this coffee will be right up your street.
Processing:
Handpicked at peak ripeness, the beans undergo meticulous washing to remove the outer pulp. They are then fermented to enhance sweetness and complexity, before being sun-dried on patios to achieve perfect moisture levels. Once ready, these exceptional beans are shipped to us, ready to be roasted and then savoured by you.
