Competition Terms & Conditions
- The prize is non transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The prize must be accepted within 5 days of being notified as the winner otherwise it will be re-drawn.
- The prize is as stated.
- Only one entry is permitted per household via online route of entry, and no bulk or third party entries are permitted.
- All entrants to competitions and offers are deemed to have accepted these rules and agree to be bound by them, and agree to co-operate in any publicity that may arise which may include their name or image being used on websites, magazines or mobile services at any time as a result of the competition.
- We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a prize to an entrant who in our opinion has not entered in to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the competition.
- All correct entries will be entered into the prize draw and a winner selected at random. The final decision is final.
- This competition is open to residents of the UK (over the age of 18) except our employees, the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run.
- All information detailing how to enter this competition forms part of these terms and conditions.
- Supplying an email address means that the entrant is willing to be added to Rinaldo’s mailing list. Rinaldo's Speciality Coffee & Fine Teas may also partner with third party organisations, in which case the entrant is willing to be added to the partner mailing list where specified. The entrant will be free to unsubscribe at any time.
- All entries must be received by the advertised closing time date.
- Winners will be chosen at random and the winners will be notified as soon as possible after the draw. The winner will be contacted through Facebook and/or by e-mail, if they do not reply within 5 days another winner may be chosen.
- Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prizes impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
- English law applies and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts shall prevail.
- By submitting an entry through Rinaldo's, all entrants are acknowledging and accept the terms and conditions for the giveaway
- Each winning entry will be validated, and if the instructions for entry have not been followed, a new winner will be chosen.
- Each competition entry is a single entry into the giveaway and stands alone as such. Any incorrect entries from the winner only make these entry methods invalid, not all the winners’ entries. The winning entry method from them will still be valid as long as it complies with our other terms and conditions.
- Entries using any software or automated process to make bulk entries will be disqualified.
- Proof of entry will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry.
- The competition may be added to a number of sites for the purposes of promotion.
- Rinaldo's and any associated promoter bears no responsibility for any entry which is incorrectly submitted, lost, damaged or incomplete or received after the closing date.
