We laugh in the face of split infinitives and "boldy go" where we've never been before. Not outer space, Trekkies, but to Zambia for this sumptuous naturally processed speciality coffee. From the Kateshi Estate, which has RFA / UTZ / 4C and CAFÉ Practices - we're delighted that this is part of our ethos of sustainability and ethical sourcing, as well as being a fantastic coffee.
Scoring 85 on the SCA scale, it's got lemon, berry, chocolate and light caramel notes, with a medium-full body and a bright acidity.
