The Baby T was born of the Ascaso's Barista T commercial machine. It uses the same technology and has the same features but is much more compact, so is perfect for a commercial setting that's short of space, such as an office, coffee shop or food truck but is also the end-game espresso machine of dreams for the passionate home barista.

The PID function of the Baby T allows for precise independent control of the steam and brew temperature, optimising extraction of any coffee. FILTERS:

Ergonomic lever design
Multi-Group System
The multi-group system uses thermoblock technology to heat the coffee group and steam boiler independently. The group and boiler have their own autonomous heating system, safety device and PID.
This system is much more evolved than the conventional system of a single boiler or the dual boiler machines and allows for excellent energy efficiency and thermal stability of +/- 1.5ºC.
